1.  AIMS & OBJECTIVES

The course aims to help students to attain an understanding of the various skills and

techniques of writing contemporary poetry through the works by a group of misty poets.

It adopts the method of classroom teaching together with after-class poetry criticism and

practical poetry writing. In addition, the course also provides various assessment channels

for students’ creative works.
